Common Issues & Solutions

Bot is not responding to commands

• Ensure the bot has the correct permissions in your server.
• Check if the bot is online and not experiencing downtime.
• Make sure you are using the correct command prefix or slash commands.

Tickets are not being created

• Verify that the panel is set up correctly and is enabled.
• Check that the bot has permission to create channels in the target category.
• Ensure you have not reached the maximum open tickets per user.

Auto-close is not working

• Confirm that the auto-close timer is set in the panel configuration.
• Make sure the bot has permission to manage and delete channels.

Ticket questions are not showing

• Check that questions are configured for the selected panel/category.
• Ensure the question types are supported and required fields are filled.
