Setup

1. Invite the Bot​

Add Ticketer to your Discord server using the invite link provided on the website or the official Discord.

2. Configure Panels​

  • Use the dashboard or bot commands to create ticket panels.
  • Set up categories, questions, and permissions for each panel.

3. Customize Ticket Questions​

  • Add, edit, or remove questions to collect the information you need from users.
  • Support for message, choice, and select question types.

4. Set Role Permissions​

  • Assign which roles can view, claim, or manage tickets.
  • Configure staff and support roles for ticket assignment.

5. Adjust Auto-Close and Limits​

  • Set inactivity timers for auto-closing tickets.
  • Limit the number of open tickets per user if desired.

6. Test Your Setup​

  • Open a test ticket to ensure everything works as expected.
  • Adjust settings as needed for your community's workflow.
